Tools
Small, fast command-line tools, written in Go, each doing one thing from the terminal. Every one of them outputs JSON or Markdown as well, so scripts and agents can use them too.
Command-line tools
sky
GoWeather in the terminal, from MET Norway.
Current conditions, hourly and 10-day forecasts, with a real feels-like temperature. Saved locations, a file cache, and JSON or Markdown output for scripts and agents.
brew install kristofferrisa/sky/sky
- # right now, on one line
sky current --format summary - # the next day, hour by hour
sky forecast --hours 24 - # a report you can paste anywhere
sky daily --days 10 --format markdown
powerctl
GoYour Tibber power, live, in the terminal.
Today's and tomorrow's electricity prices, your home, and a live stream of consumption from a Tibber Pulse that reconnects on its own. JSON output pipes straight into jq.
brew install kristofferrisa/powerctl/powerctl
Needs: A Tibber account and API token
- # now, today and tomorrow
powerctl prices - # watts from the Pulse, as they happen
powerctl live - # just the number, for a script
powerctl prices --format json | jq '.current.total'
cfluence
GoConfluence pages as markdown files.
Pull a page down as markdown, edit it in your editor, push it back. Pages, spaces, labels and attachments, CQL search, and docs-as-code from a repository or a CI job.
git clone https://github.com/KristofferRisa/cfluence-cli && make -C cfluence-cli install
Needs: A Confluence Cloud site and API token
- # site, email and token, once
cfluence config init - # a page becomes a file
cfluence page pull 123456 -o page.md - # and goes back up
cfluence page push page.md
